《仙后座（Cassiopeia)》是一部有关痴呆的电影，讲述的是作为律师、母亲、女儿，想拥有完美人生而努力的秀珍（徐玄振 饰）患上痴呆症慢慢丧失记忆之后和父亲仁宇（安圣基 饰）之间的特别的相伴故事。

该剧讲述的是只当了7天王妃就被废黜的端敬王后（朴敏英 饰），与朝鲜中宗李怿（延宇振 饰）的生死恋情，从废妃的视角讲述被燕山君（李东健 饰）臭名昭著的历史所掩盖的爱情故事。
