本片是松居大悟完全原创的爱情电影。摇滚乐队クリープハイプ的主唱尾崎世界观的新作曲目灵感来自于吉姆·贾木许导演的《地球之夜》。而松居大悟听到这个背景后，也触发灵感，完成了这部作品。
