首部中意合作网络剧《私教》的故事，发生在一家健身房内。11个不同背景、不同身份、不同理想的男女因为健身在这里相遇，并且发生了形形色色的搞笑、离奇、浪漫、感人的故事。本剧在叙事上采用创新的多线并进的方式，试图打破传统中国情景喜剧单线式发展的窠臼。

本作品是由首次出演朝日电视台连续剧的桥部原创剧本的人性家庭剧。小芝饰演的主人公·清水萌子美拥有一种细腻的“感觉”，能够理解像努伊格鲁米、石头、植物等没有感情的事物的心情。正是因为有着这样不可思议的感觉，所以才尽量不与他人产生关系地生活着。以某个地方为契机，她将自己关在狭小的世界里，决心踏出广阔的世界。一边积累各种各样的经验，一边不断成长。并且，萌子美用自己的脚开始走的事，「乍一看很平稳，实际上是四分五裂的家族」也受到影响，各自互相说出真心话，面对自己。这部电视剧不仅描写了萌子美，还描写了家人的重生。
