《乌龙小子》动画片由福建省时代华奥动漫有限公司、上海美术电影制片厂、海峡茶业交流协会联合摄制，总投资3500万元人民币，讲述了象征和平友谊的中国茶和茶文化传播到世界各地的故事。本片得到了原全国政协主席李瑞环先生的大力支持及肯定，李主席亲自为本片片头题名。
