地藏鬼王专吸少女之精、气、血以壮其身，吸得越多，法力越强。村民选出嫣红作新娘嫁给鬼王，嫣王惊慌逃避，终不能脱身，麻衣道馆之老祖闻讯，持圣刀赶来时，嫣红已毙命。麻衣老祖命鬼王改行止道，不可再残害少女，鬼王不从，展开一场生死斗后，同归于尽。
