《我的白大褂》是由深圳广电集团和深圳市卫生健康委员会联合出品，深圳卫视承制的全国首档医生观察纪实节目。节目首次聚焦年轻的90后“规培医生”群体，以深圳市人民医院为拍摄主场，通过非虚拟剧的全新形态，从职场真人秀的年轻视角，呈现年轻医生的成长，吸引更多年轻人投身医疗事业中来。
