曾经在大学时代拥有辉煌战绩的＂飓风＂篮球队的队长浩南欲说服早已解散的球队队友重出江湖参加全国篮球争霸赛，但队友已经完全不复当年意气风发的冠军状态。要带领这几个独臂清洁工，精神失常者，植物人，种菜大叔重新开始训练，走出阴霾，完成一次不可能的比赛。于是浩南说服队友出赛的过程变成了一场千奇百怪的搞笑之旅，而就是这么一帮完全没有希望夺冠的人，最终他们是否能够重新振作，投入训练和比赛呢？
