督察Mat(Jesdaporn Pholdee饰)是一位年轻有为的警官,曾在国内国外接受过很多项目的训练。训练结束后,Mat被派往副部长Sutha(Wayne Falconer饰)的审查部门去调查贩毒案。案件牵涉到一辆号码为645的逃税车,Mat后来知晓这辆车被督察Siyarn(Chakrit Yamnam饰)的鬼魂所缠绕,他是这辆旧车的主人,一直在这里。Siyarn被杀,并被认定是参与贩毒的坏警察。Siyarn的鬼魂想要在Mat的帮助下证明自己的清白。Mat开始调查工作,Siyarn就像是搭档。Mat认识了Phewy(Morlock Phunpoon饰),一位年轻能干的女记者,她也正在跟这辆逃税车的新闻。Phewy提供的信息让Mat有机会接近Oty(Akkarin Anithimetharath饰)和Tom(Atthaporn Thimakr饰),他们是兄弟俩,黑帮的当家。Mat被副部长指派进入Oty和Tom的黑帮卧底,调查跟贩毒有关的线索。Mat成功进入了Oty的黑帮,但是悄悄跟踪Mat的Phewy也一起进入了。虽然Mat不赞成,但不得不同意,因为Phewy威胁说如果不让她一起,她就向Oty揭露他的真实身份,Mat只好让Phewy假扮他的女友一起加入黑帮。Phewy为做这个新闻非常投入,尽管她工作的泰国每日新闻报社的社长Lertsakorn(Suttipong Wattanajan饰)和崇拜Phewy的后辈同Snooker(Duta Chutin饰)都不赞成她做的事,因为怕她有危险。但是Phewy一旦下决心要做某件事,那就没有什么能阻止她。Lew(Kanuengnij Jaksamittanon)过去是Siyarn的爱人,也是检察官,在Siyarn被认定为贩毒者而结案之前,她也在查这个案子。Lew最伤心的是Siyarn对她不忠,与他的线人,年轻女孩Oil(Girariporn Patthrakul饰)纠缠不清。Siyarn的案子结束一年后,Lew依然沉浸在悲伤中,只有Phu Kong Khen(Sarawut Mettong饰)是她的好友,Siyarn曾经拜托他照顾Lew。她知道Khen对她的感觉超过了朋友,但她的心里恐怕还没有空余的位置给他。在Siyarn的审判结束一年后Lew从oil那里知道了真相,oil在法庭上说了谎,因为有黑帮的人(她不知道是谁)威胁她必须说谎,事实上Siyarn一直都爱着Lew。在Lew还没来得及进一步问她详细情况,Oil死于吸毒过量。Oil死后,Lew看到了Oil努力要拿给她的戒指,这是Siyarn在被枪杀前一天买给Lew的。Lew很伤心她误会了Siyarn,并想要重新调查Siyarn的案子。Khen很清楚Siyarn死前遇到了什么,因此他试图不让Lew重启这个案子,怕她有危险,但是没能阻止得了她。Mat和Phewy伪装成情侣进入黑帮,后来好几次,Phewy单方面觉得如果她和Mat假冒情侣的身份能成真的话,那就太好了。但是Phewy很失望,因为Mat心里只有工作,也没有什么浪漫情趣。Mat和Phewy成功地和Oty混得很熟,因为Mat高超的驾驶技术让Oty很是欣赏。Tom的手下Thahi Kong(Saranyu Prachakrit)很不满Mat抢走他的地位。Kong伺机找Mat的麻烦,几次让Mat陷入困境,但Mat都在Siyarn的帮助下脱了险。越是深入卧底,越接近毒品贩卖,Siyang的案子和Mat正在调查的案子越是似乎有些千丝万缕的联系。在事件的背后,可能存在警察的腐败问题,因此Mat觉得可能没有任何人能够信任,就算是Sutha副部长也不行。因为自从Mad给Sutha副部长递送消息说要在Oty贩毒进行中抓捕他后,Oty觉察到了,让抓捕行动失败了。Mat被发现是卧底,但扮成Tom成功逃脱了。他怀疑多时的Kong的身份,可以确定他是假冒的副部长的线人,副部长的所作所为必须要公诸于世。Mat帮助Kong逃走,Kong指责Mat一切都是他的错。而Mat必须送消息给Oty他们,因为Mat让Kong伪装身份在Oty的黑帮中潜伏多年的计划失败了。
