该片讲述了一个因污染而导致蜘蛛变异，大自然对人们进行惩罚的故事。 工厂为了减少排污费用，偷偷将废料埋在深山里，却不知因为泄漏造成附近的蜘蛛变异。一天，工厂的工人正在将废料堆在地上，企业家看了现场后离开，就在工人挖坑埋掉废料桶时，却意外频发，一开始都只是虚惊一场。但是突然窜出了一只因长期废料变异的巨大的蜘蛛，和密密麻麻的小蜘蛛。
